Are all items in the Sintermetallshop immediately available?
Answer: All items offered in the Sintermetallshop are in stock and immediately available. All orders received by 12 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Delivery within Germany is effected on account. For orders exceeding € 1000.00, a 50% advance payment is required. For deliveries outside Germany, payment in advance is required.
Must I pay delivery charges?
Answer: For all orders within Germany we add packaging and delivery charges, for deliveries to the North Sea Islands and Baltic Sea Islands we add extra delivery charges. Delivery charges to countries within the EU and outside the EU are calculated on the basis of weight and distance. The buyer must bear customs duties and other import charges.
Are items also delivered by express upon request?
Answer: Upon the customer’s request, items ordered are also delivered by express delivery. The customer must bear the charges for this. The charges for express delivery are determined individually and itemised separately on the invoice.
Do you also deliver to EU countries?
Answer: We deliver to all EU countries.
Do you also deliver to countries outside the EU?
Answer: We also deliver to countries outside the EU. However, we do request payment in advance or payment via PayPal before we dispatch the goods.
Can I order other measurements?
Answer: All materials offered such as tungsten, molybdenum and tungsten-copper alloys can be ordered in other sizes. The minimum order for custom-made orders is 10 pieces.
How long does it take to deliver custom-made orders?
Answer: It takes about10 weeks to deliver custom-made orders. We require a down payment of 50% of the order value, otherwise the order cannot be processed.
Can I also have items hand-made?
Answer: Our company can also manufacture hand-made items. To do so we require a detailed drawing with exact measurements, the number of pieces required and the desired delivery date. We will draw up an accurate and detailed offer based on this information. We only manufacture hand-made items using materials ordered from us. Material provided by you will not be processed.
Do I get quality goods?
Answer: All of the products we offer are inspected once again by trained staff having many years of experience in handling sintered metals, before dispatch. In this way, our customers can be sure to receive high and inspected quality at absolutely fair prices within very short delivery periods.
